Helps the fight - diet tea

July 29th, 2008

Of those types of tea that may turn a person’s life into a different life experience is diet tea. There are many types of diet teas nowadays, but they all seem to carry a common denominator: diuresis property. If someone consumes a heavy meal for example, having a diet tea or a tea that carries high digestive properties, then that person will likely evacuate much more than absorb that meal. This means that a good percentage of what is consumed will likely become fecal material and add to stool bulk instead of being absorbed into fat. It is this unique property that makes diet tea so attractive.

Many of us are notorious for not being able to maintain a low calorie diet, therefore resort to frequent diet teas to be order to diurese most of the food consumed for that day. It is a smart idea, but at the same time there may be some disadvantages. People may erroneously consume greater amounts of food thinking that by just drinking the diet tea it will all be flushed, but may instead just add a lot of more calories at the end of the day and gain an incredible amount of unexpected weight.
